According to Ayurveda, one of the best times to undergo detoxification is considered to be the monsoon season. It is the ideal season for Panchakarma therapies since the atmosphere tends to be mild and the body's pores open up to become more receptive to healing and the process of getting rid of toxins. People in Kerala use the Karkidakom Maasam(monsoon month) to achieve a body cleansing that will last throughout the year.
The current pandemic has opened our eyes to the importance of leading a healthy life to naturally boost our immunity and getting the toxins flushed out of our system is a highly effective way of doing so. However, the safety regulations set by the government have prevented many wellness centers from functioning normally due to the increasing number of covid cases in Kerala. Also for students who practice Ayurveda, practical classes have also taken a hit because of this. So today we shall discuss the possibilities of online panchakarma courses and how it can benefit us.
