Ayurvedic Pregnancy Care and Baby Massage (APCBM)
This course is the result of our efforts to popularize Ayurveda’s time tested pre-natal and post-natal pregnancy care methods. The content of this course is evolved from classical Ayurvedic texts and other information’s gathered from Grand Mothers who take care of pregnant women in Kerala Households. Program also includes Ayurvedic pregnancy and Baby care methods, Pregnancy Massage, Baby Massage (Shantala Massage), etc
